Visiting with listeners during our Grand Re-Opening in April 2009

Grant Kath and his wife Steph own KGOS/KERM. Grant hosts our noon hour. He also announces sporting events and does sales. Let’s face it, he owns it so he does everything. He’s been in the business since he was 14, for about 25 years. His father Kerm owned that station many years ago. He also hosts the Country Store every week day at 9:05 in the morning. Grant and Steph have two children, their daughter Taylor (16) and son Ryan (11).

Lynn Schukei.  Like many people in the office, KGOS/KERM is a part of her past and present.  After 20 years away from radio, Lynn has come back to the biz. She says she missed it and love working at KERM back in the day and wanted to get back into it.  Lynn hosts a 10am show every weekday called Today in the Valley. She also handles all scheduling of our commercials to make sure the companies that do business with us get exactly what they pay for! And she handles to billing–to make sure they pay for it!!!   We couldn’t survive without her.  She’s married to retired COL Gordon Schukei. They have five children, John (40), Jason (35), Angela (30), Lucas (28) and Kailyn (22).
