Gene Quest Pleas Not Guilty, Precinct Caucus’s Begin

At court yesterday the arraignment for Gene Quest was held . Gene pled not guilty to the charge of aggravated assault and battery. This charge holds a maximum of 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. By pleading not guilty he has the right to a speedy trial with in 180 days. We will keep you informed on this case.
On March 4 the precinct caucus’s will begin, here is Roger Huckfeldt to explain.
