Comedy Night, Wine Tour & Baxter Black

We’ve been talking about this event on the news all week, tonight is the Annual Comedy Night, beer tasting and silent auction. The community Healthcare Foundation hopes that you will be on hand as the doors open at 6:00 p.m. at the Goshen County Fairgrounds Rendezvous Center. The main entertainment features comedian Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald at 8:00 p.m., but you can be sure the entire evening is going to be a great opportunity to support a worthwhile event while spending quality time with friends of yours and the Healthcare Foundation. Tickets are available today from any Healthcare Foundation member or at the Pinnacle Bank, Wagner’s Floral, First National Bank or the First State Bank for $30 or you may purchase them at the door tonight for just $35.

Tonight at 5:30 in LaGrange is the LaGrange-Bear Creek Unity Summer Library Fun Night. It kicks off with a picnic in the park by the town hall. Reservations have already been taken and those folks will be enjoying prizes and awards for summer reading, tours of the old high school and sharing in information about future library plans.

The 7th annual Wyoming Grape and Wine Tour will be taking place tomorrow. The tour will include tours of 7 local vineyards throughout southeast Wyoming. You can experience viticultural growing practices and techniques. Enjoy an evening of wine, food and music at Table Mountain Vineyards Winery. Tickets are just $20 per person and includes food, wine tasting and souvenir wine glass.

The Eastern Wyoming College Foundation in partnership with the Eastern Wyoming College Fine Arts Council presents nationally recognized cowboy humorist, poet and rancher Baxter Black. This performance will take place on October 16th at the Fine Arts Auditorium in Torrington. Tickets are on sale now. A limited number of premium tickets are on sale for $100 and include a pre-performance reception with Mr. Black and special seating. General admission tickets are also on sale for $25.
