Sourcegas announced today the implementation of a new billing system and customer call center. The new call center is operated and managed by Sourcegas employees. Their current toll-free customer service number, 1-800-563-0012 for your use will remain the same. The customer care center will offer standard business hours from 7AM to 6:30PM each Monday through Friday. Sourcegas will continue to provide emergency call service, including leak calls and priority calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Sourcegas employees have a commitment to provide customers with reliable, courteous and efficient service and the new changes will allow us to fulfill that promise said Dan Watson, President and CEO. Customers will receive a new account number on their September billing statements and you are encouraged to note the new number on your checks and please update your online banking information.    

 

 

Wyoming businesses of all sizes are invited to attend the Third Annual Business to Business Idea Expo set to take place in Laramie, at the University of Wyoming Conference Center at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Expo will take place September 28th and 29th. Kim Sears with the Wyoming Business Council informs us that registration for this event is now open. Included in the conference registration is the Wyoming Technology Business Center’s e2e networking event and will cover a wide array of business related topics regarding finance, marketing, Web 2.0, people management, entrepreneurship and others. This week’s high-lites from the Niobrara Chamber of Commerce includes a reminder that if you have had a change in referral information such as: change of address; a new or additional telephone number; management changes; new hours of operation and so on, the Chamber office would appreciate hearing about it. When they receive requests for information about businesses in the area, they want to be certain they are giving out accurate information. The Eastern Wyoming College will be hosting a Sustainability Symposium this coming month. The event will be September 17th, 18th and 19th and will include a viewing of the documentary Food Inc. There will also be a collection of panelists including an inspector of organic produce. There will be tours of local farms and the Brown Sheep Company. Participants can also attend a workshop on how to make your own fuel, biodiesel that is. Symposium Coordinator, Dan Fielder states, this a great way to support our local economy. Speaking of EWC, all of here at KGOS/KERM wish to welcome the new and returning students back to Torrington as tomorrow marks the first day of classes for the Fall Semester.
