The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard warning today through 6 pm Thursday, March 14th. Total snow expected is 10-22 inches. Travel will be difficult to impossible. Please be advised, take precautions, and stay safe. The City of Torrington would like to remind you not to park on Main Street and keep all snow routes clear.
