Cellular Plus & KGOS/KERM 99.9 FM, 1490 AM & 98.3 FM ShamRock Contest 2018
Cellular Plus of Torrington & KGOS/KERM 99.9 FM, 1490 AM & 98.3FM are teaming up to bring you the ShamRock Contest for a chance to win an Apple iPad 32G tablet, a case and $200 store credit.
The contest will kick off on Monday, March 5th, 2018, with the ShamRock being hidden somewhere in the community. Tune in to KGOS/KERM 99.9 FM, 1490 AM or 98.3 FM as we will provide one clue on-air each day at 7:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. Contestants can find a second clue each day by visiting Cellular Plus located at 310 West Valley Road in Torrington. Once the ShamRock is found, the contestant must bring it to the KGOS/KERM Radio Station located at 7060 Radio Road in Torrington within 24 hours (or the next business day if found on a weekend) to claim their prize.

Official Contest Rules:
1. No purchase is necessary.
2. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Wyoming to claim the prizes in the Cellular Plus ShamRock Contest.
3. No contestant, no member of the contestant’s immediate family (spouse, ex-spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether related or not) shall be employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of Cellular Plus, KGOS/KERM or of any other contractor or sponsor associated with this contest, nor will any of the above stated be eligible to participate in this contest.
4. To enter contest, contestants will locate the hidden Cellular Plus ShamRock for a chance to win the prize: One Apple iPad 32G tablet, a case and a $200.00 credit for service if they activate the device at Cellular Plus – Value $200.00. Void where prohibited by law.
5. You do not have to dig to find the ShamRock.
6. The ShamRock is not hidden on residential property and is located in the Torrington Area.
7. The ShamRock is not hidden where you would be in any danger.
8. When looking for the ShamRock, carefully ensure your personal safety at all times.
9. You must obey all traffic laws.
10. The ShamRock must be turned in within 24 hours of finding (or the next business day if found on a weekend) to KGOS/KERM located at 7060 Radio Road in Torrington, WY.
11. Winner may not request a substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize(s).
12. Only one person may qualify to win. Prize(s) are non-transferable. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.
13. Cellular Plus reserves the right to revoke prize(s) if winner does not meet any or all of the eligibility requirements; even though an announcement has been made on-air indicating that person was the winner.
14. KGOS/KERM retains written description, identifying information, serial number and the location where it is hidden; the contest winner must present the official Cellular Plus ShamRock, which matches KGOS/KERM’s details of the Rock.
15. Cellular Plus may, due to unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. Cellular Plus or KGOS/KERM is not responsible or liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond their control.
16. In the event of a dispute, KGOS/KERM and Cellular Plus Management will make every effort to assure fairness, and the decision of KGOS/KERM and Cellular Plus management will be final.
17. Contest participants acknowledge that Cellular Plus and KGOS/KERM, their agencies or representatives are not liable and/or responsible for any claim, loss or injury to participants or from any claim, injury or damage from any Cellular Plus/KGOS/KERM contest or prizes awarded in a contest.
18. A 1099-MISC form will be completed by KGOS/KERM and filed with the Internal Revenue Service for the winner who wins a prize value at $600 or more over the course of a calendar year. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Taxes are the responsibility of the Cellular Plus ShamRock Contest Winner.
19. The Cellular Plus ShamRock Contest winner agrees to allow KGOS/KERM and Cellular Plus to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
20. By participating in the KGOS/KERM Cellular Plus ShamRock Contest, participants agree to accept and abide by all the above rules.
