TORRINGTON, Wyo. (RELEASE) August 27, 2019–Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is currently accepting applications for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) from Goshen County agricultural producers affected by the collapse of the tunnel along the Fort Laramie Irrigation Canal.

All signed applications on file by August 30, 2019 will be considered for funding in FY 2019.
 
This sign up is available for agricultural producers that have had their land disturbed or manipulated due to the flood water caused by the collapsing tunnel, or who have had their land disturbed due to repairing of the irrigation tunnel.
