House Fire Occured Early Sunday

December 3,2018--Red Cross of Wyoming is assisting a family after a house fire in Torrington. Cindi Shank, Senior Disaster Program Manager, confirmed that the fire occurred early in the morning on December 2, 2018. 

Red Cross of Wyoming is assisting the two adults and one child after they were displaced by the house fire on C Street in Torrington.Two dogs and two cats perished in the fire. Red Cross provided assistance for lodging and other immediate needs. Further assistance will be provided as needed.

    December 17, 2018—On December 15, 2018 at approximately 1:45 am, officers of the Torrington Police Department were dispatched to a report of an assault that occurred in the parking lot behind the Broncho Bar. When officers arrived, they were advised that two Torrington residents had been threatened by a man with a gun after a brief argument.

    An Update on Recent Stabbing

    December 10, 2018--Adam Palomo and Amy Palomo, both 35 years old, were in custody in Scottsbluff County and have now been booked into the Goshen County Detention Center. They had their first initial court appearance this morning. Each has been charged with Aggravated Battery.
