February 27, 2019— The State of Wyoming is completing an investigation into the records of the Eight Judicial District Court Clerk. The District Court Clerk was Kathi Rickard and she resigned earlier this month. Rickard ran unopposed in the 2018 general election and was re-elected to a second term.

In a release obtained from the Office of the Goshen County and Prosecuting Attorney, an investigation was requested in January of this year. The Office of the Goshen County and Prosecuting Attorney states that the investigation is pending and no further comment is appropriate.
